Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 5–7 business days after payment confirmation.
Processing time includes:

- Packaging
- Dispatch arrangement
Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
Once an order enters processing, it generally cannot be modified or canceled, except in cases where additional shipping fees require customer confirmation.
Shipping Fees
- We offer free shipping to the United States, Canada, Australia, the United Kingdom, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, and the Netherlands.
If your address is affected, we will contact you by email with the exact additional cost for your approval before shipment. You may choose to proceed or cancel the order for a full refund.

Undeliverable or Returned Packages
If a package is returned to us or deemed undeliverable due to reasons not caused by our error, including but not limited to:

- Refusal of delivery
- Failure to collect the package within the carrier’s holding period
- Lack of cooperation with customs or local postal authorities
- Other circumstances beyond our control
Such situations are not considered our responsibility.
In these situations:
- Refunds are not guaranteed
- Any refund, if approved, will be issued at our sole discretion and only after the item is returned to our facility
- Original shipping fees, handling fees, and any incurred logistics costs are non-refundable
- Additional reshipping fees may apply if the customer requests redelivery
We reserve the right to refuse refunds or reshipment requests for undeliverable or returned packages caused by customer error or external circumstances.
